Two weeks ago I had to go working to Antwerp everyday so I decided to explore de city in a culinary way! This is my first experiment: eating a Holy Smoke Burger from “Seed of life”, the first superfood store in Antwerp!
Curious? Well, it was not only me saying how good it was… My colleagues who are not used to healthy food certified its tastiness! :) Raw, vegan and gluten-free, what else can you ask for when you have a limited diet and want to eat out? Well, I have to add that although it was not cheap (14€), the ingredients were fresh, the burger was fulfilling and the owner was very very nice.
If you are ever around in Antwerpen and want to have a great raw vegan meal, this is one of the places to go! I highly recommend it, it is a great experience! (you just to look at my face to see how much I enjoyed it, hihihi)
